Who is this service for?
- Newly approved NDIS participants who need help getting started

How we deliver it
Standard Support Coordination suits most NDIS participants. Specialist Support Coordination (SSC) is a higher-intensity version funded for participants whose situations are particularly complex. For example, those experiencing housing instability, involvement in the justice system, or multiple complex health and disability needs. Let us know your situation and we'll advise which is appropriate.

NDIS funding
Support Coordination is funded under Capacity Building: Support Coordination (NDIS Registration Group 0106). It is not available to all participants automatically. It must be included in your plan. If you don't currently have SC funding and feel you need it, speak to your LAC or request a plan review.
